The NEPA Pride Project consists of a volunteer board, a scholarship committee, and community supporters! The purpose of the NEPA Pride Project and NEPA GAYLA Event is to bring people together in the spirit of open celebration and community while celebrating the arts. Since 2019, the NEPA Pride Project has proudly, with the help of our community’s individuals, organizations, and businesses, provided nearly $25,000 in scholarships awarded to our area’s high school seniors entering college or university and majoring in any aspect of the arts. 

As a highlight, the NEPA Pride Project donated over 1,000 recorders and string instruments to surrounding school districts, putting an instrument into the hands of 3rd and 4th grade students. In addition, the NEPA Pride Project has provided nearly $7,500+ in aid to drama clubs, community theaters, and other artistic programs.
